“Your facilities on farm are very impressive for the over all size and number of units - we have been to similar places in Germany with virtually no more facilities... with 4 times the number of units to rent.”

What will I find in the kitchen?
Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Kitchen linen and washing up supplies. Complimentary local Mead and Welshcakes, jug of milk and selection of "Fair Trade" tea and coffee.
What additional items can I ask for when booking?
Stair gates are fitted as standard. You can request high chairs, bed guards and travel cots. Two travel cots are available for Croft House. One travel cot can be put in the family bedroom in The Farmhouse; Talar Aur; The Dairy and The Barn. Whereas one can fit comfortably in the second bedroom in the Cartwheel and Stable. We do not advertise a travel cot for the Hayloft and The Granary as they are limited to fitting it in the double bedroom.
Do you provide towels?
We provide a bath sheet and a hand towel for each adult and a bath towel and hand towel for each child sleeping in a bed. We also provide 3 tea towels in the kitchen. Please bring towels suitable for the swimming pool and the beach. We suggest you bring brightly coloured or patterned towels to avoid confusion with our plain towels.
When are your changeover days?
Friday changeover in peak season in Talar Aur, The Dairy, The Barn and The Granary. Saturday changeover in peak season in The Farmhouse, The Hayloft, The Cartwheel and The Stable. For all of the above please see the availability chart [insert internal link] for start days and minimum length stays off season. Monday changeover in Croft House in peak season. Off season 3 and 4 night breaks may be booked either from Friday – Monday or Monday – Friday in Croft House.` What time can we arrive & leave on changeover days? Arrival from 3.30pm off season, 4pm in peak season. Departure by 10am off season and by 9.30 am in peak season. Do I need to tell you if there are any changes in who’s coming from those originally mentioned in the booking? Yes please. As part of our eco policy we make up the number of beds needed, this minimizes unnecessary laundry.
Do you take dogs?
Yes. We welcome one well behaved, house trained dog (or 2 miniatures) over 6 months in age. Please arrange this in advance. We make a small charge of £5 per night for the above. Talar Aur, The Dairy, The Farmhouse and Croft House are the exceptions to this. As this is a farm and we have residential pets we make no allergy friendly guarantees for these properties.
When do you feed the animals with the children?
Every morning at 9.30am throughout the year.
How close can we get to the animals?
We have friendly Jacob sheep and Angora goats that will gently eat from your hand and the rabbits and guinea pigs love to be cuddled.
Do the cottages have access to wireless broadband?
All of the cottages have unlimited broadband use, both wired in and wi-fi, included in the price.
Do I have to clean through when I leave?
We’d prefer it if you could. There is a small charge if you don’t have time. £25 per small cottage, £35 per 3 and 4 bedroom cottage or £60 for Croft House.
What if some friends want to stop over for the night in our cottage?
For fire and safety reasons we must ALWAYS be asked for permission about extras, however last minute.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Come to the marked reception office in the first entrance as you drive in. We will welcome you and take you to your cottage. If you are going to be late please let us know in advance.
