Enjoy the high beamed ceilings in the private wing of the nineteenth century farm house. Upstairs is the double room with ensuite corner bath. Downstairs is the twin room and one room with bunk beds (modern shower room).

Down wide slate steps into the private garden and along the garden path,  leads to the entrance to this, the heart of the former dairy farm.Steps take you up to a patio area with BBQ. The enclosed garden makes this an ideal cottage for groups with toddlers.

The large sitting room has a wood burning stove set back on a Welsh slate hearth inside the oak inglenook. The well equipped, compact kitchen diner features a traditional inglenook.  
The double room upstairs has a king size bed with TV, ensuite bathroom with corner bath and over bath shower. The other two rooms are on the ground floor. The twin room has colour TV, and the other room has 3’ bunks.

Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, Leisure Complex  and the games room in The Big Play Barn, are just a few steps away.  The perfect place for a farm holiday for children, whatever the weather.
