We are a no smoking premises.

One well behaved dog, or two miniatures, are welcome by prior arrangement @ £4 per night per dog in all but Talar Aur and The Farmhouse. These cottages we keep pet free however we can make no guarantees for allergy sufferers as there are pets on the property. Dogs must not be left in the cottage on their own.

When you arrive you will find a welcome tea tray, a flask of mead and fresh flowers.

Properties are ready for your arrival from 3.30pm. We ask that they are vacated by 9.30am on the morning of your departure.

Your beds are ready made and we provide your bath and hand towels. Please bring beach towels and swimming towels. As the towels we supply are plain colours it is helpful if you bring patterned swimming towels to avoid confusion.

Week long bookings in the main season for The Granary, Dairy, Barn and Talar Aur commence on Fridays, and for the Hayloft, Cartwheel, Stable and Farmhouse commence on Saturdays. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and electricity. All heating and hot water is included May – September. An allowance to cover the heating and hot water is included for the months of October - April, should this be exceeded then the extra is chargeable. Wood for The Farmhouse, The Dairy, The Barn and Talar Aur is chargeable after the first complimentary basket. A travel cot with linen and high chair is hireable free of charge upon request per cottage. Please note that in both The Granary and Hayloft we can accept a maximum of 4 to include the cot. In the Granary the cot is limited to the double room.

We are committed to hold open a provisional booking for 7 days unless we are notified of cancellation in that time. A deposit of 25% of the total booking price is required to confirm your holiday booking. Details of how to make your payment will be sent in a confirmation email to you once a booking is made. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £40 is payable upon your arrival.

Cancellation Insurance: We strongly advise that you take out an insurance policy to cover you in the unforeseen event of your having to cancel or curtail your holiday. In some circumstances deposits may be refundable, however should we be unable to re-book, or only be able to rebook in part, you are liable for any outstanding shortfall.

Where extra bedding is required this is charged at £30 per week and £20 per short break per person to cover the use of the facilities and hire of bed and linen.

There is a payphone on site in the leisure building. Please note that we are not normally within earshot to answer it. The number of the payphone is 01239 621933.

Use of all Indoor Leisure Facilities including Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym and Play room but excluding the Sauna (which works from a coin meter at £1 for approx 40 minutes) is included in your holiday price.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available at no cost. This service is generally reliable but owing to our location we cannot guarantee its reliability or suitability for any particular purpose.

Washing machines and tumble driers are open for use by all. Please supply your own non biological liquids to protect our septic tank system and to prevent the machines clogging with powders. We make a small charge for use of the machines, payable in an honesty box.

We have a selection of leaflets relating to local places of interest. The Tourist Information Centre 3 miles away in Cardigan has an exhaustive collection. We are more than happy to point you in the direction of different places once you are here and advise on suitable places to eat.

Cardigan has all that you will need in the way of supermarkets. Tesco is now open until midnight most nights of the week.

Our kitchens are fully equipped and we provide a J cloth, tea towels, a pair of oven gloves, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, your first toilet roll and kitchen roll for your convenience.
